Paid Media Manager

SUMMARY 

Execute and manage paid media programs by performing the following duties
personally or with other team members.
  • Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    Execute and manage digital paid media plans for PPC and display on RTB platforms.
    Research traditional media and new opportunities and execute placements.
    Execute and manage paid social media plans across platforms.
    As a performance marketing firm, this role calls for a business analyst at heart to measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).
    Identify trends and insights and optimize spend and performance based on the insights.
    Help plan, execute and measure experiments and conversion tests.
    Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience.
    Experience with Google Tag Manager, HTML, JavaScript a big plus.

    Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university; or two-three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    Sound SEO understanding needed for overall SEM application.
    Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
    Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
    Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry.
    Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
    Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
    Ability to interpret an extensive variety of technical instructions in mathematical or diagram form and deal with several abstract and concrete variables.
    Have knowledge of Excel and/or Google Sheets spreadsheet software.
