Job Title: Graphic Designer
Department: Creative
Location: Minneapolis

About Modern Impact:

Here at MI, we pride ourselves on being different. We’re not another agency or media house. We’re a growing team of fun, omni-channel marketing specialists who leverage our cool proprietary technology and professional talents to make our client’s brands irresistible. Perhaps best of all, we’ve got a great group of people on board and have been named a Best Place to Work by Minneapolis/St Paul Business Journal. We embrace a hybrid work environment consisting of in-office and remote work.

Modern Impact is seeking a rockstar designer to join our growing team. We’re looking for someone to help set the tone for our creative campaigns by creating stunning designs for both print and digital media. Things move quickly here, and the ideal candidate must be able to think fast, juggle multiple priorities at a time and adapt their design style to meet a client’s needs and objectives.

The Designer’s career path within the Agency may begin as a Jr. Designer, and typically progresses to Sr. Designer, and potentially to Associate Creative Director. As a passionate visual creator, you take business needs and product requirements and transform them into user-focused intuitive communications. As a strategist, you harness the latest technologies and techniques to change the way we visualize, conceptualize and express ideas across all mediums. Due to the fast changes in this sector, you’ll need to keep your skills and knowledge fresh. Recognition of your contributions can come through increased compensation, new assignments and potential promotion to upper-level roles.
