With strong managerial skills, provide team leadership and work with the department leads to ensure project success within budget, timeline and scope.
Create and oversee project schedule, ensure timely completion through all phases, lead quality control issues, and write and present project plans and risks in collaboration with other team members.
Communicate expectations to client, team members and manage the process from assessment and definition, creative & technical design, production and development, testing and launch.
Responsible for project profitability: plan, track and approve project expenses, billing and invoices.
Develop functional specifications for all projects and oversee the creation of goals and strategies throughout the lifecycle of the project.
Build relationships with existing clients, participate in the RFP process, lead client presentations with appropriate team members and directors.
Confers with client, utilizing product knowledge and research to determine advertising goals and budget limitations.
Confers with creative team to develop campaign strategy, select media to be used, determine timing and placement of materials, and estimate costs.
Submits campaign proposal, suggested concepts, and estimated budget to client for approval.
Supervises and coordinates activities of production team, in order to carry out client-approved campaign within budget and time limitations.
Maintains confidentiality while working closely with client regarding all aspects of campaign.
Serves as liaison between client and production team.
Coordinates booth preparation and attends client-related trade shows.
Develops and pitches new-business presentations.
