Summary:

As the Senior Programmatic Media Manager at Modern Impact, you will be part of a growing Paid Media team. You’ll be responsible for the management and execution of client programmatic campaigns – from campaign strategy, creation, ongoing optimization, reporting and analysis of Modern Impact’s Intelligent Pixel™ DSP. In addition, this role will support direct buys where needed, as well as curate deals, expand relationships in our publisher network and support the ongoing development of the Intelligent Pixel platform. On a daily basis, you’ll be building DSP media plans to align with client goals, managing campaign budgets, forecasting expected Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), creating standard, custom and ad-hoc performance reports, and managing current client campaigns as well as providing proposals for new clients for programmatic media applications. In addition, this role will serve as SME for clients.

  • You have 4+ years’ experience in programmatic media buying

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Targeting analysis
  • Campaign setup
  • Generation of tracking pixels
  • Adhere to QA processes to ensure error free delivery
  • Implement ad verification tools and partners to monitor fraud & deliverability
  • Conduct monthly media delivery and reconciliation reports
  • Troubleshoot campaign delivery and performance issues
  • Facilitate new and existing partner/vendor relationships to support and strengthen our service offering:

In addition, you’ll need these skills to be effective in the role of Senior Programmatic Media Manager:

  • Quantitative analytical skills and aptitude
  • Strong software use skills including in-depth knowledge of other Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook), and aptitude to quickly learn new tools (or Google equivalent)
  • Tableau or related experience a plus
  • Experience with Business Intelligence and Data Visualization platforms a plus
  • Familiarity with conversion tracking methodologies
  • Expert knowledge of web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Adobe)
  • In-depth knowledge of ad serving tools and measurement platforms
  • Clear understanding of ad verification systems
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments with effective resolution of conflicting priorities
